Connection issue

In the game, it gets stuck in “reconnecting” mode. Before, it used to reconnect automatically, but now it doesn’t. This has happened to me several times, and it never manages to reconnect, whereas it did before. It’s really frustrating because it happens while I’m fighting a boss: I check my internet and I do have connection, but the game won’t reconnect. The only way to get back in is to close everything and reopen it, which obviously makes me lose the boss battle.
