First, you don’t need to have Lugia caught. It cannot be captured, at least there is no quest to catch it. If it escapes, it doesn’t represent any problem at all, since it cannot be caught and you don’t need to have it registered for anything. It is not supposed to have two people using the same account. If someone is logged into your account and you connect, the other person will be logged out at home. Maybe someone else in your house is using the game, or perhaps on a cellphone. If you are unsure about all of this, change your password and change the email of the account. In the game, it gets stuck in “reconnecting” mode. Before, it used to reconnect automatically, but now it doesn’t. This has happened to me several times, and it never manages to reconnect, whereas it did before. It’s really frustrating because it happens while I’m fighting a boss: I check my internet and I do have connection, but the game won’t reconnect. The only way to get back in is to close everything and reopen it, which obviously makes me lose the boss battle.

El juego falla cuando intento volver a conectarme. Honestamente, no sé si es porque se me cae Internet, pero cuando lo reviso, tengo una conexión. No entiendo por qué dice que no. Quizás se desconecte durante 2 segundos, pero después no se volverá a conectar al juego. Esto es muy frustrante, especialmente cuando estoy peleando con un jefe. Antes, el juego solía reconectarse sin ningún problema, pero este problema comenzó después del lanzamiento del evento de San Valentín. Además, cuando el juego intenta volver a conectarse, permanece bloqueado durante unos 10 minutos y luego se cierra, enviándome de regreso al menú principal. Cuando intento iniciar sesión nuevamente, no me lo permite; tengo que cerrar y volver a abrir el juego para volver a ingresar. Muchas veces simplemente se congela al intentar entrar, pero nunca lo logra, y la única forma de jugar es reiniciar el juego por completo.

Sorry if I explained myself poorly; my native language is Spanish. Here is my situation: Years ago, I did PvP against myself to increase the wins and losses counter. I had no intention of artificially boosting my rating, and at that time I didn’t even play PvP. I didn’t do it with bad intentions; I only wanted my win streak to look better. I understand now that this was a mistake. After that, my account was banned. I didn’t know the reason at first, so I went to the forum, where it was explained to me that what I did was a bannable offense. I explained that I had no bad intentions and that if I had intended to exploit the system, I would not have done it on my main account. In the end, they understood that I did not act in bad faith. At that time, I was around 17 years old and quite immature. My main account was eventually unbanned. However, I believe that due to this incident, my account no longer updates the wins and losses counter. Now I do PvP to help my clan, and I would like that counter to properly record my victories and defeats, as it seems to be frozen. -
