So i was battling a wild trainer and the game suddenly freeze it show my network is not working but its only in the game i can easily watch the videos on Youtube and make online searches i even check the net speed 

The problem is not that the game is disconnected the problem is while battling a wild trainer NPC i had like 1.6m smthing and i just loose the battle as disconnect and now he will take a lot amount of money 

 

now i cant even check how much money it taken from defeating me because i got disconnect cause i am not able to log in cause this error is shown up and then just cant continue further

I would like the staff to do smthign about it and fix this bug , its a huge loss for me as got i disconnected i couldnt even check how much money is taken by the npc

If the game crashes mid-fight you dont lose money

 

 

edit -> you just dont get the reward and the trainer will be on cd

well hope its the case
but i am unable to enter the game

WELL i am able to enter now and the amount is still the same but i would like to know the reason for this is it a bug or simply a error from my side
