Rage Fist broken

I think Rage Fist is broken and it counts hits received before Annihilape was switched in. It deals too much damage IMO.

Looking at damge calulator thare is no chance that even Adamant Annihilape without choice band (and even with) can deal more than 50% HP to Donphan at first Rage Fist use.

Rage Fist is a Ghost-type move introduced in Generation IX. Its base power is 50, but it increases every time the user takes hits during battle, which makes it an attack that becomes stronger the more damage the Pokémon accumulates.

I don't think the first rage fist without getting any hit will dealt this much damage as I am using annihilape from like many times and I had to make sure it will get hit enough and my anni never hit this much damage to other pokemon with first rage fist. It might be a critical or some issue with the post or game.

After looking at your battle, I can tell you with certainty that the damage your Donphan took from Annihilape's Rage Fist on the 19th turn is correct.

 

For each time the Rage Fist user is hit, its Rage Fist gains a 50 Power boost stackable 6 times. Also, the boost stays even if the Rage Fist user switches out. 

Annihilape got hit 3 times from Turn 1 to 18, which made its Rage Fist jump to 200 Power against Donphan.

 

Roll with 200 Power:

0 Atk Annihilape Rage Fist vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Donphan: 207-244 (53.9 - 63.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

In the battle's 19th turn your Donphan took 61.9% which correlates.

 

I encourage you to report again if you think something else is bugged.

Yup he got confused maybe because chansey healed anni
