I suggest updating excavation sites and doctor quest spawns to refresh the pokemons that are catchable there.

 

Doctor quest specifically feels like lost media in the game and it could be a good opportunity to introduce some new pokemons to the game and make people more eager to try these mechanics.

 

I personally dont do doctor quest since 2018 or 2019, i also stopped going to excavation as the spawns are mostly uninteresting now. There was a time when the spawns in excavations were reworked and i think it could be w good idea and chance to do that again.
