Login error in silver server

I am not able to login to silver server, not facing any issue when i login to gold server, but when try to login in server with the same account it keeps on failing and retrying facing this issue from Yesterday, kindly check and resolve the issue ☺️

Hi team 

 

Found a new update Able to login in silver when i am using Mobile data but disconnects when i connect to wifi.

But able to login in gold server when using wifi, hope this helps

I'm sorry that you're having issues logging into the game. 

 

To confirm, you can currently access both servers when using your Mobile Data, but can only access Gold Server when on WiFi?

 

You're not alone in this issue, as others are having the same problem as well. Staff is aware of the issue and are trying to troubleshoot the cause.

 

I will let you know once we have a solution in place.
