I was wondering if it would be ok if some sych pokes were unlocked in hoenn, i dont really wanna rush it to farm tbh

After you got moved to Hoenn the first time, all Kanto/Johto Pokemon will be locked without exceptions for obvious reason.

all pokemon will be locked apon entering hoenn and will be unlocked as normal by beating all gyms in that region to re-unlock your previously obtained pokemon, same as it was when one entered Johto after beating Kanto

we shouldn't bring any pokes to hone when doing the story mode in hone, similar to how we dealt with kanto/johto's story mode
