The Ditto auction was mishandled because the 15-minute rule was not applied properly. Let’s break it down:

• Elyooo started the auction on April 15th at 03:22 PM (GMT+2).
• Since the endpoint of the auction was scheduled 24 hours after the first bid, the auction was supposed to end on April 16th at 03:22 PM (GMT+2).
• Joshimanohar placed a bid within the last 15 minutes, at 03:10 PM, which means the 15-minute rule applies and extends the auction by 15 minutes from the time of his bid, pushing the new endpoint to 03:25 PM.
• Elyooo placed a bid at 03:32 PM, which means it was late since the auction had already ended at 03:25 PM.

For these reason, Elyooo’s bid was not valid and Joshimanohar was the rightful winner of the Ditto auction.
