Pinknan quest bug

Some time ago i think i started the quest, now i am back to game and want to continue it. I was reading wiki about this quest and from there now i should go to pinkan forest and defeat some npc's and after i should go cliff. And i wanted to do that but i dont have any npc to fight and cant enter the cliff couse of i didnt deafet them. What should i do?

Welcome back! I am sorry you've encountered a problem with the Pinkan Island Quest.

 

It sounds like you left off during the part of the quest where you need to find the hiding Team Rocket grunts in the Pinkan Island Forest. There are 3 hidden grunts that you need to find and then battle before being able to access the Pinkan Island Cliff.
