As mention, the ability static had this effect: From Pokémon Emerald onward, if a Pokémon with Static is leading the party, then there is a 50% chance the game will force an encounter with an Electric-type Pokémon, if one is possible. So, want to ask is this feature is implement in PRO and if yes i want to use it to encounter minun and plusle at route 15 :devil: :devil: :devil:

Nope, static doesn't work outside the battle.

Same :) Abilities that allows u to encounter specific pokes (rares, type, etc.) doesn't work here. Same with moves like Fly or Dig. This isn't about that staff can't do that, it's in case of game economics ;)
