no, its common and you can find better ones with the right nature and better ivs

The poke's that sell the best are the ones that are good for boss teams,pvp teams theres a couple vids online about setting up,the gastly isn't worth much

 Timid nature and preferrably max speed. Those two details has a better chance to sell. These days if anyone sees a gengar that doesn't have a max speed minimum, it's not considered worth it to buy at all.
