So I have found like 4 different regions on the map(that's not including the kanto and jhoto region), so are we able to visit other regions? or is it still under development for now?

Those regions are in the map from the very beginning and no, those are not available. Hoenn (the top right in your image) is under developement and will be released shortly.

From 2015: I'm still here
