tryed to look for a water type pokemon but no surf or fishing pole:(

Well, Problem for me is that im stuck on brock since i did pick pikachu as starter and now i can't pass brock at all.

Is it possible that you can reset it?

u can catch poliwag left of viridan city,and no, you cant reset your game

No. They can't.

 

You can make a new account and choose a different starter.

 

Or you can catch poliwag on route 22 *only at night*... or a Budew in virdian forest(absorb/mega drain), or a nidoran male and it learns double kick(evolves into nidorino at level 16), or get a mankey and level it up and use fighting moves on brock's pokemon, or get 2 snubull's and train them and use ice punch on brock's pokemon.

You cannot reset process in game, however you can try to catch poliwag at route 22 at night (on the left at viridian city), or catch budew at daytime in viridian forest. It will best pokemon for you pass easy Brock gym. Hope ti can help you.
