if u take my bid into consideration, then vinier won, but idk if 15min rule implies 15min00s or 15min59s

I still think saiyanji won because when you look at timestamps, it says 4.30pm gmt+1 for his bid and 4.47pm gmt+1 for my bid (idk why it said 15min between each posts, maybe server lag idk)

it is and your bid is 2minutes late after the last bid within 15min

There is no mistake, if you check between my last bid and the message i sent asking you to meet is more than 16 minutes, any message or bid that came after that is not valid.  So there is nothing wrong with the auction.
