Why specifically 5 and not 6. 6 is a whole team, which allows you to auction custom teams. The different between 5 and 6 seems arbitrary but the qol it sucks out of being able to auction teams should not be overlooked.

I'm just applying the rules of this specific Sub-forum.

While I do not have an exact answer on why the rule was written this exact way, I can tell you that the ammount of mistakes made when auctionining 5 Pokemons at the same time increases a lot. So fair to say this rule is to ensure that the auctions do not get out of hand when hosted.
