My Ponyta had taken a level and learned fire wheel instead of ember, but after that, the game crashed and when I connected me again, my Ponyta was at the level he was supposed to be, but with ember instead of fire wheel. Is it possible to you to give my skill back please ?

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. I am so sorry for your case, however, staffs cannot do anything fr this case. Alternatively solution, you can relearn move at cerulean or safforn city, it will cost 2k. Sorry again for your inconvenience.
