Bug Hoenn Transmat Quest - Wattson missing

Hello Staff,

My in-game name is: peterphan0410
Server: Gold

I am stuck on the Hoenn Transmat Quest. The guard at the Pokemon Center tells me to find Wattson, but Wattson is completely missing from New Mauville (he is not inside or outside). 

Could a Game Master please check and reset my quest variables for this quest? Thank you

Wattson should be visible for you now at the end of the quest at New Mauville. Follow this very Guide to the quest to complete it from here on out.

However, I just went to check every single Pokemon Center in Hoenn, and all the guards are still blocking the doors to the Transmat rooms. I also went back to the very end of New Mauville, but Wattson is completely missing (he is not there).

If possible, could you please completely reset this Transport Quest back to the very beginning for me? I would like to do the whole quest again from the start to make sure everything works properly.

Our Content Scripters tried another fix for you, could you please check if you can see Wattson at New Mauville now?
