I chose the wrong starter on the Pokemon Red server and I would just like to delete my progress and start over to get the correct started that I wanted. I know it sounds dumb but it is driving me crazy all over a misclick.

Unfortunately you can't reset your progress. Instead you could make a new account or play on a different server.

You can use the same email for 2 accounts and use up to 2 separate emails.
