As a new player in this game, I suggest giving players an EXP Share for the first 2 hours when they start a new game in Kanto. This would help new players level up their Pokémon more easily, progress through the early stages of the game faster, and enjoy a smoother introduction to the game.

There are many unobtainable Legendary Pokémon in this game, such as Arceus and Rayquaza. I have an idea: what if these Pokémon could appear in the wild anywhere in the game at an extremely low encounter rate?

When a player catches one, they can keep it for only 3 days. During that time, only that player can own and use it. After the 3-day period ends, the Legendary Pokémon is automatically released back into the wild, giving other players a chance to find and catch it.

The developers could decide whether these Pokémon are allowed in PvE only or in both PvE and PvP.

I think this system would make the server more exciting by creating rare world events, encouraging exploration, and giving every player a chance to experience using Legendary Pokémon without permanently flooding the game with them. It would also keep the hunt for Legendary Pokémon active and competitive.
