I still want to know what happened here.

If it was a Shiny rare auction. the buyer A bided 10m and a buyer B bided 600m. No one would bid more than 600m, after declared wiiner and you checked buyer B does´t have the money. Would you give it to buyer A for 10m without checking what happened?
