Some of the information (specially the information about accounts, ownership and actions taken) cannot be disclosed, however i can assure you we have checked and verify everything we could to determinate the outcome of the auction.

Said this, and to answer to your example, I think you have a valid point. The other possible outcome could have been extending the auction instead of just declaring the runner up as the winner.

I apologize if the decision has caused any trouble.
