I lost from jackson in the lower level of the school

Went back and talked to his mom and then went to the school again and talked to every NPC around there and repeated that a few times. Log in and log out. Nothing.

PRO USER: DeaDCell. I lost from jackson, Jackson is stuck the npc still guards the passage and whatever i do cant seem to progress. went and talked to his mom talked to npc around school and inside still nothing. logged in and logged out, repeated all the above nothing again.
