Hi, I would like to know if it's ban material to enter pvp fight with a guts pokemon already burned holding an item like choice band or life orb.

I looked everywhere on the rules and didn't find anything mentioning it, but while trying to find about it on google AI it mentioned something about staff members being able to flag that as cheating

Imo is not okay and Pokémons should be fully healed. But they might fixed this so both of you will start with healthy Pokémon
