I am creating this official report for Trade Avoidance. The player "Effyhateya" won my official forum auction for a PvP Timid Charmander for 90,000 Pokedollars.

However, 7 full days have officially passed since the auction ended. The buyer has continuously ignored all my attempts to communicate both on the forums and in-game, failing to complete the trade.
