Once the regions for these evolutions are added into the game, you will be able to evolve them. Have you guys thought about creating items for these pokemon to evolve with instead? It just seems like having to wait for these regions to come out may take a long period of time, adding an item that you can buy from a shop like an evo stone in the meantime seems like an ok solution until the regions are added.
