If you don't have access to the email you linked, only staff can change it, so wait for their reply in your 2fa post, From you message i can predict you made the post if i am not wrong.

Response times will vary from case to case as staff are all volunteers and have real life responsibilities as well. Making new posts asking for support will not speed things up. A little patience goes a long way. 🙂
