I have talked to every npc and found the hair of britney but i cant get out of festival town or go south where it is telling me to go next for the britney witch quest.

Hey @Weepinghermit after doing Brittney's quest , You have to go talk with that grandma and you have to go south to her friend's house. She will tell you to bring her 6 pumpkings. After u find 6 pumpkins, you'll get an pumpkin hat and then u can unlock that area.
