What have you done before the problem was there?

Hi I'm new to the game I just created my account and when I tried to login to the game It says invalid password or username.I tried to reset the password, but nothing happened. What's the matter

Hi. I also just made a account about 2-3 days ago, so I am not a experienced user but it would seem that the Red Server is offline right now. I don't know why yet but the Blue Server seems to be up so if your willing to make a new character on that server (cause you get 2 characters in total 1 for red and 1 for blue) otherwise we will just have to wait till Red is up again.

Hey, make sure you verified your account with the Email that was sent to you. Also double check you are entering the correct username and password :P

If this was the case he would get the "Cannot connect to server" prompt.
