Hello PRO Staff and Community,

I am a Guild Leader and I am facing an issue with managing my guild members. There are some Guild Officers who have been offline for a long time.

I want to either demote them or kick them out of the guild to clean up the inactive roster.

However, the game does not allow me to demote them while they are offline, and because they hold the Officer rank, I cannot kick them directly either.

Could you please guide me on how I can remove or demote these offline officers? Is there any specific command or way to do this, or can a staff member help me clear these inactive officers from my guild?

Thank you!

Hello there,

You can use the command /gkick <username> to remove any member, including Officers, whether they are online or not but if you want to demote officers, then they will have to be online only then you will be able to demote them by using /gdemote [username] or by clicking on thier username choosing from the options.

Goodluck!
