What have you done before the problem was there?

Downloaded the new version (PROMac95, uploaded:2016-06-12 09:14:53) and tried to install it.

Re-dowloaded and tried to install multiple times.

 

Description and Message

Hello MrCalamity, sorry to hear you are having trouble downloading the client.

Please follow these steps and they should help you.

 

1. Clear your device of any and all copies of PRO. This includes any up to date clients too. Ensure that you empty your Trash so they are fully wiped.

2. Go to System Preferences > General. It will bring you to this page:

3. Unlock your Settings by clicking the padlock, this will prompt a password if you use one. After doing this, make sure that "Allow Apps Downloaded From: Everywhere" is selected as shown in the image.

4. Now download your client from this webpage. If the webpage is down it will prompt you to download the client from Mediafire rather than an automatic download - the Mediafire version will prompt you with a captcha. You DO NOT want the Mediafire one, if it gives you this one, wait and try to download again later.

5. This client unlike the others downloads as a zip file, I have tested this multiple times and found that it does not always unzip the file automatically so you may need to do this manually.

6. Make sure your client is in the Applications folder on your computer - mine automatically appeared in downloads, you may also need to move this manually.

7. Try to open the client. Hopefully this should work, your Security Settings may prompt you with a final warning that you are downloading from an Unidentified User, accept this.
