With hoenn came an aqua tail tutor that I've been waiting for, for my drapion, but apparently drapion can't learn aqua tail in this game, even though he should be able to.

Hi buddy, i read someone having trouble to learn Rest to it Suicune (ofc it's Mestre :Shy: ), but most important, Shane answered him he'll pay attention to tm/move tutor issues within the next week, so your issue will probably be fixed on that time.
