I have had the problem where I have been stuck before while talking to an NPC. But at the moment I am stuck in the middle of dragons den. I got someone to battle me so that I could lose the fight and teleport to the Nurse so that it might unstuck me but now I'm just stuck in the pokemon center.

If you're getting stuck whilst talking to NPCs then you will need to log out and restart the client to fix it. The servers are currently unstable so people getting stuck is expected. Shane, the developed, is trying to fix this.

 

Try not to talk to NPCs for a while and instead just train your Pokemon. Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon.
