It happened when Shane found the Stuck bug What have you already tried to solve the problem? Repeat all steps in the quest, go to 5 different Teleport areas in Pokecenter Description and Message I finished the Teleport quest in the Power Plant in Hoenn, as I finished talking to Wattson he didn't gave me the CD and he tells to go fix 5 different Pcs. When I go to the Pokecenters and interact with the Pcs I cannot upgrade it because Wattson didn't gave me the CD. It is like Wattson acts like he gave me the CD to upgrade the PC's but he didn't.
