I think I have same Bug when I went to fight George in Jail, the NPC George was a red boss not the yellow event quest one. Talking to Scientist the answer is you dont have all pieces needed.

Repeat all steps in the quest, go to 5 different Teleport areas in Pokecenter Description and Message I finished the Teleport quest in the Power Plant in Hoenn, as I finished talking to Wattson he didn't gave me the CD and he tells to go fix 5 different Pcs. When I go to the Pokecenters and interact with the Pcs I cannot upgrade it because Wattson didn't gave me the CD. It is like Wattson acts like he gave me the CD to upgrade the PC's but he didn't.

Hi! I have a question i got DC fighting the Rocket Grunts in Mt Silver, as they don't have a red tag they are not bosses so I wonder what is the cooldown to re fight them because I couldn't do it Thanks in advance
