i'm stuck in Mt.Mortar upper cave , i dont have surf or escape rope

tried to catch marill and teach him surf , but i have 6 pokemons with me...

Encounter a wild Pokemon, then log out. When you log back in, you'll be at the last visited Pokecenter.
