It certainly has been crashing a lot for me as well. But the server isn't online at the moment. This link i think gives a more up to date status check https://project-sato.net/statuschecker/

The real problem is rollbacks, you cannot tell when it's gonna happen and it could be pretty bad like losing a good recent caught poke or npc fights or items you just bought without receiving the money back

Yes same here, I've been trying to play this game as a new member, it really sucks that it boots me out randomly the game really looked fun, I hope the crashes get fixed soon. I wanna relive the days I had when I had my gameboy with pokemon, except now its MMO :)
