The first time I attempt that quiz he gave me the 5 minutes, the 2nd and 3rd I was able to answer 1 question then he said instantly time is up???

 

I barely took 10 seconds to answer them, wasn't supposedly he give me 5 minutes each time I attempt the quiz?
