They seem to be bugged, I don't mean to abuse them but everytime I logout they respawn again... and some of them totally unavoidable.

Update: Route 133, Route 134, Route 109(sea), Abandoned Ship, Route 108, Route 107, Route 106(sea), Route 105 all of them also effected by this same bug,,,
