What have you done before the problem was there?

i log in the game and i cant play because tell me the game : already user are online( with my account)

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

i reset the password and i log..the problem are solved 2 minute ago but after the time for enter the same message are appears(user already log)

RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM PLEASE!! I HAVE 180 HOURS OF GAME AND I DOESNT WANT TO RESTART THE ENTIRELY GAME AND I SPENT MONEY REAL IN THIS ACCOUNT!

Unfortunately, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time.

Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again.
