What have you done before the problem was there?

Just played the storyline normally,although there was a lot of lag and delay.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Talked to Mr.Stone,talked to the guy in front of the dewford gym and talked to Steven.He just won't move.

go to the guy with glasses next to the first gym in rustboro city talk to him then go to mr.stone he will give you a letter , take that letter to steve and he will move
