According to the above myth the effects caused by encountering the Pokémon can be described as the loss of knowledge, emotions and will. These things can happen by, respectively, looking into Uxie's eyes, touching Mesprit, and hurting Azelf. This can be interpreted as Uxie keeping its eyes closed (to prevent the memory loss), Mesprit fleeing from Trainers (so as to not be touched), and Azelf's ability to enter another being's body (so as to avoid harm).

I noticed that pokemon who use bite at route 4 are bugged for me at least.100% flinch ratio.

After using escape rope in hoenn victory road b2f i got ported back to mossdeep center.I even healed 3 times in the center before victory road and 5 times in elite4 center.Didn't try reproducing because it would be a huge effort waste but i hope the info i gave you was helpful and you resolve it as soon as possible
