i have tried facing giovanni 3 times but every time i try he does nothing but spam horn drill which has a 50 accuracy yet he hits it 6 times in a row even thought the base pp for this move is 5. AI should not have unlimited pp . if we the players have to deal with limited pp and accuracy issues so should the npc that we have to face otherwise it becomes plainly unfair to us. literally it doesnt matter how much time we put into a team because if the AI can hit a 1 hit KO move 6 times in a row without having any penatly to pp or accuracy then what is the point of putting time into the game when we would jsut constantly lose to 1 hit ko moves that arent affected at all pp wise . fix this issue quick otherwise u will lose players quickly

Try getting a Pokemon like Geodude with the Sturdy ability. This will protect you from 1 hit KO moves. Teach the Geodude a ground type move and the battle should be easy. Good luck!

Like Nathan has stated above, getting a defensive Pokemon or one with Sturdy ability is a must. Besides, I assume your Pokemon will have a low level if you get beaten easily.

 

I recommend to raise their level in order to avoid being defeated. Also, get some types having advantage of Giovanni's Pokemon.
