I was up to challenging Jackson in Meteor Falls, I defeated him and the game froze just as he was saying something after the battle. I then had to log out and restart client. When I came back in Jackson was gone. I figured I was doing the right thing so proceeded to the cable car to access Mt. Chimney and Lavaridge Town, however, the two sleeping guards are still present and will not move.

I have completed all main quest lines up until this point, such as delivering the goods to the man in Slateport.

Concerned this is a bug that only I may have encountered?

I'm facing the same problem as well. I got stuck after beating Jackson at Meteor Falls. I logged out & logged in, Jackson disappeared and the two agents are still blocking the way before cable car.

Can any Admin / Scripter help with this problem?

Hey Integer my problem has been fixed, thank you for your help!

I never saw the dialogue after defeating Jackson first time, but yeah all good this time.
