What have you done before the problem was there?

i try today all the day buy an quinn wig headgear(with control v),but in some moment right now i copy(control c) an a page and paste in the game,getting instant ban or kick.But i try to enter in the game again waiting a few minits...ty

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

waiting for a moment and later connect again

Please visit your Account Homepage and login. It will tell you here whether or not you have been banned.

If you have been banned, please go to Appeals to discuss your case further.

 

An alternative problem you may be having if you find you are not banned is that you have simply disconnected from the server, and are now experiencing a "Ghost Queue" which is where it doesn't display your place in the queue. If this is happening, either wait until you log in, or close your client and reload it until the queue shows.

anyway i wait 5 min and later going back to play,ty for respond me fast. :Cool:
