It will tell you here whether or not you have been banned. If you have been banned, please go to Appeals to discuss your case further. An alternative problem you may be having if you find you are not banned is that you have simply disconnected from the server, and are now experiencing a "Ghost Queue" which is where it doesn't display your place in the queue.
