On which server issue happened: RED

 

What have you done before the problem was there?

Nothing, It's the first time i tried to log in... I create my account today and I already activate it !

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Yes I tried to disconnect and reloading the app, but nothing happen.

 

Description and Message

I can't log on any of two servers (The Blue or The red). When I enter my Username and my keyword it says "Logging in..." and then nothing ....

 

What can i do ?

 

PS : I'm using a Mac and the app : PROMac952, maybe it's the point ?

What you are experiencing is called a "Ghost Queue". You are in the queue waiting to join the game but it does not display your place.

You can either wait it out, or you can close and reload your client if you would like to see your placement in the queue - you may need to reload the client multiple times.
