What have you done before the problem was there?

I trying at reset password, but my email does not receive email with istructions. I can change basic email? Or other solutions?

You may be using an unsupported e-mail provider. E-mails such as Gmail and Hotmail work well, however iCloud and less commonly used providers often do not receive the e-mails.

Please continue to try, as the server will a maximum of 5 e-mails in an hour; if you do not receive any of these you will need to create a new account under a new address, please try to choose either Gmail or Hotmail as these work best.

Be aware that you can only create up to 4 accounts over two e-mail addresses and the name you register with is unique, so you will have to choose another.
