If this can help those are the places I've looked so far for latios (mine not there obviously, but someone found him in one of those): Truck / Lilycove mart roof / Granite cave / Sky pillar / Petalburg maze / route 103 / new mauville / Meteor Falls B1f / Safari House / Abandoned ship / Ice room shoal cave / Victory road... Latios still yet to find :< I already checked every possible location for Latios. I know there are few missing location but Razor has traveled the whole region as he said, without found something.
