196299 Make sure to talk to the TV again after fighting Latias and make sure the TV says "Blue Pokemon".

Talked to TV few times, it is saying about Blue Pokemon. But searched for him in every location at least 3-4 times at different times of the day and still nothing. I was in every single building, water route, dive spot, gym, every corner of every map in Hoenn, still no Latios.

If it is hidden behind trees, is it noticeable? like Latias at Mt. Pyre Exterior?
