Alright, so first of all, i'm not entirely sure if it's a bug or i am legitimately going insane.

In the Quest for Teleportation access in hoenn i am on the part that requires you to visit the Poke Centers and try to seek out 5 that'll let you use that CD to do whatever.

Anyway, i'm stuck on having 4 of those, i've been to every city in Hoenn twice, ALL of them, even the little ones so no need to be patronizing.

I'm pretty sure that it's the Dewford Poke Center that's giving me troubles because i wasn't able to interact with the PC at all, wouldn't even tell me i was late as it did on the others, it just acts as one of the ones that worked, after the dialogue option had popped up.

So yeah, my question is basically... is it possible that this could be a bug or am i going to have to spend 3 more hours of my day going in circles in hoenn searching for the hot potato that is a possible missing poke center?

Nevermind, i'm an idiot and didn't read the other posts before creating this thread, i'll seek assistance when i get online.
